We are hiring a Part-Time Microsoft Azure Trainer to deliver our intensive, in-person certification courses for AZ-900 & AZ-104. This commitment involves a single training cycle once per month, delivered over 2 to 3 consecutive days with sessions running from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily.
Key Functions
- Course Delivery: Deliver engaging, high-quality, and up-to-date technical in-person training sessions, covering the full curriculum for AZ-900 and AZ-104 certification exams.
- Curriculum Management: Maintain and update training materials, labs, and exercises to ensure alignment with the latest Azure features, services, and Microsoft’s official curriculum.
- Hands-on Lab Facilitation: Design and facilitate practical, hands-on lab experiences to reinforce theoretical concepts and ensure participants can apply their knowledge in a real-world Azure environment.
- Participant Support: Provide technical guidance, answer complex questions, and offer constructive feedback to trainees, ensuring a positive and effective learning experience.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Develop and administer pre- and post-course assessments to measure trainee progress and the effectiveness of the training program.
- Professional Development: Stay current with all new developments, releases, and best practices within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including attending necessary continuing education and maintaining relevant certifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Inventive Media’s training and content development team to continuously improve the course structure and delivery methodology.
- Can develop course outlines, modules, exercises and other training materials

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, administration, or a similar capacity demonstrating relevant networking skills.
- Certification: Must hold current Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certifications.
- Must be a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
- Minimum 2 years experience working as network engineer or any related position
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in cloud concepts, core Azure services, security, pricing (AZ-900), and hands-on expertise in implementing, managing, and monitoring identity, governance, storage, compute, and virtual networks in Azure (AZ-104).
- Instructional Skills: Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences (technical and non-technical).
- Excellent Communication in English
- Teaching experience is a plus
Compensation Package
- Php 3,000 – 3,500 per session depending on qualifications (Tax Free)
