What is the OJT + Free IT Training Scholarship Program?
It is an integrated apprenticeship program designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry demands. Selected interns complete their required OJT hours working on real-world projects while receiving a 100% free scholarship for Inventive Media’s premium IT training courses (valued at over ₱100,000).
  • Skill Development: To equip participants with practical skills and hands-on experience in their field of study or work.
  • Career Preparation: To prepare students or trainees for future employment by providing real-world experience and insights into industry practices.

We welcome applicants who meet the following criteria:

  • Graduating college/university students with an IT, Multimedia, or Computer Science related major who need to fulfill a practicum requirement.

  • Students looking for hands-on, practical experience in Web Development, Graphic Design, Software Programming, Digital Marketing, Video Editing Network and Security.

  • Candidates with intermediate technical knowledge in their chosen track and an updated CV/Resume.

Our program is 100% Onsite (In-Person) at our Makati Training Center. We strongly believe that direct physical interaction, face-to-face mentorship, and collaborative problem-solving yield the best learning outcome for interns.

The program strictly requires exactly 550 hours — no more, no less.

Depending on your role, you get hands-on training and scholarship access to courses covering:

  • Web Development
  • Graphic Design & UI/UX
  • Video Editing & Motion Graphics
  • Digital Marketing
  • Software Programming
  • Networking, & Security

The screening process consists of two stages:

  1. Initial Interview (evaluating background and availability)

  2. Practical Hands-on Technical Exam depending on the position (e.g., Photoshop/Illustrator for Designers, Premiere/After Effects for Video Editors, CRUD/PHP or HTML/CSS/JS for Web Developers).

Position: Video Editor (Onsite)

Screening Process:

  • Interview.
  • Hands-on Video Editing Exam (Using either Adobe Premiere or Adobe After Effects).

Available: (1 Slot Available)

Requirements:

  • Currently a Graduating Student of an IT related course.
  • Intermediate to Advance knowledge in Video Editing Application such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Knowledge in basic computer hardware and software is an advantage but not required.
  • Updated CV/Resume.
  • Required OJT Hours: 550.

Position: Graphic Designer (Onsite)​

Screening Process:

  • Interview.
  • Hands-on Graphic Design Exam (Using either Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator).

Available: (1 Slot Available)

Requirements:

  • Currently a Graduating Student of an IT related course.
  • Intermediate knowledge in any graphic design applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Corel Draw.
  • Knowledge in Adobe XD and Figma is an advantage but not required.
  • Knowledge in basic computer hardware and software is an advantage but not required.
  • Updated CV/Resume.
  • Required OJT Hours: 550.

Position: Front-end Web Developer (Onsite)

Screening Process:

  • Interview.
  • Hands-on Web Development Coding Exam (Required Languages: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Basic JavaScript).

Requirements:

  • Currently a Graduating Student of an IT related course.
  • Intermediate knowledge in any graphic design applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Corel Draw.
  • Knowledge in Adobe XD and Figma is an advantage but not required.
  • Knowledge in basic computer hardware and software is an advantage but not required.
  • Updated CV/Resume.
  • Required OJT Hours: 550.

Position: Back-end Web Developer (Onsite)

Screening Process:

  • Interview.
  • Hands-on Coding Exam on Basic CRUD (Required Languages: PHP and MySQL).

Requirements:

  • Currently a Graduating Student of an IT related course.
  • Intermediate knowledge in the following Web Development languages: HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, MySQL and Bootstrap.
  • Knowledge in basic computer hardware and software is an advantage but not required.
